No our pricing is completely transparent (see the pricing section). Only the Enterprise solution has its own rules, but you will receive more information about it after you contact us with your Enterprise solution interest.
At the moment we accept payments in USD (American Dollar), EUR (Euro) and CZK (Czech koruna). You can choose your preferred currency in the registration form. We only accept payment via bank transfer at the moment.
You can fully refund the service within 7 days after your registration. You can also fully refund the product if its technical state is not stable (not working very often or the result is not correct, and so on).
You can contact us with any questions and feature requests you have. We prefer email communication (see the email bellow in the footer zone), but it's not a problem to arrange a call via Google Meet or any other platform.
Your members are added automatically when they join the Slack team - after their first login. If you want to add a member to the onboarding process manually, you can use the Slack command in the Nigel app chat: /onboard-user @nigel. You can also look at our installation guide.
The onboarding messages are sent automatically every 15 minutes.
If you want to change your subscription (from trial to timeless for example) you have to contact us, and we will switch it manually. If you want to cancel your subscription completely you can use our cancel form.
